Sex or your phone?

It may sound like a bit of a daft question, but given the option of sex or a cell phone, which would you choose?

Amazingly, this was the crucial question posed in a recent survey commissioned by Samsung Mobile. The cell phone survey takes place each year to discover the relationship people have with their mobile phones and how much priority people give to their cell phones.

The results revealed that some people would willingly give up their sex lives in favour of keeping their phones.

Yes, it’s true - given the option of indulging in lots of gorgeous sex, or talking on their mobile phone, three out of 10 people chose their cell phones over sex.

When broken down, this equated to 36 per cent of women and 15 per cent of men who preferred to keep their phone, rather than indulge in sexual activities.

The cell phone users were found to spent more than three hours a day chatting on their mobiles, sending texts, or exchanging pictures or video messages.

Of course, phones can come in handy for sexual exploits too, so perhaps that’s what the three out of 10 people had in mind when they didn’t want to give up their cell phones?

If you’re living at a distance from your partner, or frequently need to be away on business, then indulging in a spot of phone sex can help release some frustration.

Whilst certainly not as good as the real thing, if you’re creative enough with your scenarios or use your imagination, then both phone sex partners can enjoy the experience.

Texting and being able to share photos and images via your phone can add to the experience and really liven things up.

If you are going to try phone sex, then it’s a good idea to arrange a time for it, so you’re not caught out in an awkward place when your phone suddenly rings.
